The development project is constituted by residential fields, extending to about 595.810 sq.m. in total. Access to the fields is via three registered roads. This property consists of 83 land parcels with 9 semi-finished villas and an entrance building located on the borders of Ayia Varvara in Paphos district. The entrance building is a two storey completed unit. Access to the resort can be achieved through three entry points, from north, south and east.All the parcels have been merged into a single unit for the construction of the resort known as “Santa Barbara Hills Park” which remains undeveloped. There is in place infrastructure such as road network, landscaping. The asset is located approx. 2,5 km north of the highway Paphos-Limassol, approximately 1,6 km northeast of the center of the Ayia Varvara village. The project falls within Zone Γ3, with a building coefficient of 10%, coverage of 10%, and permission for 2 floors (8.3m) of construction, Zone Z3, with a building coefficient of 1%, coverage of 1%, and permission for 1 floors (5m) of construction and Zone Π1, with a building coefficient of 10%, coverage of 10%, and permission for 2 floors (8.3m) of construction.
